Privacy

Your data stays yours.

A short, plain-language summary of what rMem stores, where it lives, and how to delete or export it. The full policy is on the way.

What we store

Your imported conversations, the messages inside them, and basic usage metadata (titles, dates, message counts, storage and bandwidth totals). Authentication is handled by Clerk (email and session tokens).

Where it lives

Vercel (US) for compute and Neon (US) for the PostgreSQL database. Both providers are SOC 2 compliant. All traffic is encrypted in transit; the database is encrypted at rest.

What we don't do

  • We don't train models on your conversations.
  • We don't share or sell your conversations to third parties.
  • We don't access your conversations for any reason other than providing search, retrieval, and export features to you.

How to delete or export

You can delete any conversation from its viewer, bulk-delete from the dashboard, or export everything as Markdown or JSON at any time. Account deletion and full data wipe will land in settings soon.

This page is a placeholder while the full policy is finalised. The substance — auth isolation, no training, deletable, exportable — is already true today.
